Refund and Returns Policy

Our standard Refund and Returns Policy only cover products that were incorrectly sent to the purchaser and goods that were clearly defective due to reasons on our side. For any other reason please engage with us via email in order for us to review at our discretion the validity of your claim.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Printed cards, downloadable items and photo and image enhancements are exempt from being returned or refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will only refund the original purchaser via the original method of payment.

Do not return any item to us before we specifically ask for it and have clearly determined who will be liable for the courier costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after receiving confirmation from us, please first contact your Bank or Credit Card Company first before contacting us. Remember there is normally a delay in processing payments.
